01 / The problem What visitors ran into

A great practice, buried in its website

Gage Center Dental has six dentists, decades of history and strong reviews. The site didn't show it: services were hard to find, the booking path was unclear, and nervous patients had nothing that spoke to them.

01

Who is it for?

The homepage talked about the practice before the patient. Families and nervous patients had to dig to find themselves.

Fixed: patient-first headline
02

What do I do next?

Several competing buttons and no single booking path.

Fixed: one action, book a visit
03

Can I trust them?

The reviews and the six dentists were there, just not where a new patient would see them.

Fixed: proof above the fold
02 / The approach Message, structure, design
Message

One-liner first

Gentle, judgment-free dental care for the whole family, written in the patient's words.

Structure

31 pages, one path

Services, doctors and new-patient pages, each ending in the same clear booking step.

Design

Calm and clear

Soft blues, warm photography and plenty of space, so the site feels like the visit should.

03 / The build Message first

Message first, then every page

We started with the patient, not the practice: a nervous parent, a family new to Topeka, someone with a cracked tooth on a Friday. Each one needed to find their answer and a clear way to book in under a minute.

From there we wrote one message for the whole site, mapped every service to its own page, and gave every page the same ending: book a visit. The design came last, calm and warm, so it felt like the practice itself.

04 / The goal What it is built to do

Built to book visits

Every page is designed around one action. This is a concept redesign, so there are no client results to share yet. Here is what the site is built to do:

  • Make the practice findable for family and cosmetic dentistry in Topeka
  • Help nervous patients feel understood in the first five seconds
  • Put one clear "Book a visit" on every page
